The hotel quality is not worth its price. Our rooms were small and extremely noisy because the windows are located to the street side and the doors were not isolating. When I asked to change to a better room, the receptionist said that they were fully booked which did not seem to be the case. Our room was cold and the heating was not getting to the shower so we had to heat it up with the hot water. The curtains are old but luckily the weather was cloudy so we could also sleep during the day. The breakfast buffet was less than basic and was missing typical breakfast ingredients. Compared to other hotels the food is not tasty. the buffet stuff was serving us in the buffet due to covid restrictions, however they were extremely greedy but helpful and nice though. Location is good although it is located on a steep street. Overall the hotel is not worth the 4 stars rating and the price 👎🏻

We stayed here for five days. Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel rooms were very clean. Any little issue were resolved very quickly. Amazed by there lovely service. Just within the heart of Istanbul city. Mostly sightseeing within walking distance. Definitely recommend to everyone. 10/10.

This hotel is amazing the service was very good and receptionist very helpful and polite. We travelled to istanbul from the uk and were very happy with our choice of hotel. Location was excellent and will definitely come back here.
