Ajwa Hotel Sultanahmet

Myself and my friend came to stay at Ajwa hotel for her 21st birthday. We had a very pleasant stay and the service was immaculate. All our requests and needs were catered to, whether it be milk for our morning teas, or an iron for our dinner outfits. We were always greeted with a warm smile, welcoming us back into the hotel after our long days of exploring the beautiful city. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing to the eye and no detail was spared. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the beautiful lobby while we waited for our car and made delightful conversation with the wonderful lobby staff. The food and entertainment recommendations given by the lobby staff and concierge were fantastic places to visit. Ajwa is a home away from home and we can't wait to return for my 21st birthday later on this summer.

We stayed from 27th of February until 3rd of March 2020 in a double Deluxe Room. The location of the Hotel is great all attractions are not more 10 minutes walk from the Hotel. The design of the hotel are amazing. The rooms are in an excellent conditions. Without hesitation we can recommend the visit of the restaurant which serve Azerbaijan cuisine. The restaurant on top of the hotel has a stunning view on the Marmara sea and the Bosporus. The hotel does not serve any kind of alcohol but this is not an issue at all in the neighborhood are many Cafe's and bars. We will definitely consider to visit the Ajwa Hotel when we are planning to be in Istanbul again.

I stayed at Ajwa with my my wife for three weeks in November. The staff, and service exceeded our expectations. Wow, it was a trip and a stay that will be remembered. If We were to visit Istanbul again, I would definitely stay at Ajwa again. The hotel is close to all we wanted to see and experience in Istanbul. I just have to mention again, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The way they greet you when you first arrive, and continue day after day with excellent service. I strongly suggest this 7 star hotel.

One of the best best 5 stars hotels we stayed and it exceed all expectations of ours. Though it has no views But it is very thoughtful and a really beautiful toilet n room with unlimited snack basket and fridge. Room service is great too. They do have a smart TV too. They also welcomed you with really lovely dates and drinks.

The moment you take your first few steps through to the lobby, the opulence and majesty of this hotel is immediately apparent. On arrival, my wife and I were immediately greeted by the most warm and welcoming staff who greeted us like family. To elevate the experience even further we were generously offered ajwa dates (the name-sake of the hotel) and Zam-zam water, which was quite pleasant. Soon after check-in we were escorted to our room, while receiving a tour of the hotel and our room. The room itself was luxurious with furniture being decorated with mother-of-pearl. There was a fully stocked minibar/ snack-bar which was free and stocked daily. The bed was very comfortable, with turn-down service. The room itself was immaculate and was cleaned twice a day. The bathroom was beautiful with Turkish tiles, containing a bath and shower. One of the aspects my wife enjoyed most was the various Molton Brown products provided. Breakfast was served buffet style, with a generous selection of Turkish and international cuisine. As the restaurant was on the top floor, beautiful views of the Bosphorus. All hotel staff throughout our stay were always very helpful and professional. A Shuttle service was provided free-of-charge to famous surrounding sites i.e. Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace and the blue Mosque. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to emerging travel restrictions and flight cancellations, but the hotel generously refunded the remainder of our stay. The overall experience was amazing, and we can't wait to return.
