The hotel is under a new management unfortunately it’s a very low quality management. Receptionists are rude with a bad behavior, they don’t share the hotel new policy and regulations due to corona virus and expect tourists should know on their own. Prices are high even as expensive as international 5 stars hotel. Cleaning and hygiene is not as good. They don’t even consider old times visitors . Only 2 old staffs beside the amazing Nur are good well behaved well cooperative, friendly and so helpful. I don’t recommend this hotel anymore.

I stayed here for almost 50 days and I really enjoyed my stay. The service was really good and you feel home. Because I was so happy with the service and the friendly and lovely staff Nur, Serhat and Gulbeyaz I returned again for my second stay.

Unfortunately, staff having LackNess of customer relation professionalism! No good reply to the guests no smile and weird acting like we are staying at their home for free not we are stayiny at ramada hotel. Rooms not clean carpets being dirty restroom dirty especially about coronavirus issue and still room not well cleaned. My stay in Istanbul for 1 month, but I couldn't stand to stay 1 week in Ramada Beylikdüzü! I'm writing in here as professional to send my voice, Please take care of your smile and well welcoming to the guests Please take care of cleaning the room while the world having pandemic

I like the quality, clean and neat, I’ve got more than I paid,receptionist needs more than one person in check in desk.
