Very bad services. The tickets are expensive and you are not allowed to bring big suitcase with you. If you want to bring it you need to pay more. It is expensive company, but provided cervices are like low-cost company. I don't recommend it. Also there is no direct flight Krakow - Sofia, which is very bad and uncomfortable. I hope they will improve their service.

Changed flight dates without consent or asking. Over 2 hrs on hold trying to contact them, with no success... Horrible.

Business class ticket from Istambul to Warsaw treated like economy class No priority in boarding - gate check 45 minutes prior to boarding resulting in 45 minutes standing among all other passengers in non seating zone Food they serve on breakfast is eggs only - no choice for anyone with Allergies / Diets Never fly business - just a waste of money

Small airplanes but with professional staff and pilots. The journey is comfortable
