I have mentioned earlier about the view of the room and the staff called me immediately offering to change the room, ( I missed his name) he show a brilliant customer service! The staff in general are amazing and they are very helpful and do there best to make sure the customer satisfied! Well done guys ..

I don’t recommend anyone for this hotel!! Not because of quality or cleaning purposes!! Because of the key card was not working well and i was to explode from the elevator! Very very bad in this field! U must go to reception every time to renew the card and no one helped us for holding bags for coming to hotel or leaving! We were very tired for transporting bags! They just standing and looking at us with out giving a hand! I will never come back

The restaurant members were very friendly,specially yusef alp very nice guy.the rooms were spacious .the swimming and the gym pool were great on the top floor.just l did not like the view and sometimes the smell inside the rooms

Cemil at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Took time to say hello every day and make sure I enjoyed my breakfast. The most pleasant part of my stay!

Pros: Good location, nice room (spacious), good breakfast. Cons: Subpar service (should be much better for a 5* hotel) Pillows are poor quality
