Location was great. Room size was excelent, Housekeeping was great, Entrance was to hard to access always escalator to the lobby in -1was off! No trained staff, Breakfast area was disaster, everyday something was miss as well as bread! Napkins, Cup, ... no management was there.

The service is nt good. Although the location is perfect, so if have Alot to do in the city centre it's convenient.

I love this hotel ,so clean , close to everything and in a great spot...the staff members are amazing, especially Cennet hanım and Yusuf bay are so friendly and provide a excellent 10 star service. It's my second time at this hotel, and I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend to everyone. A very well deserved 5 star from me. Keep up the good work guys. Harikasınız

I stayed for 5 days on days 3 i forgot my £1900 ( for medical procedure, Dr wanted cash not card payment) not in safe but in my room with my other belongings and went 45km away to the beach upon my return £400 was gone. Hotel staff had decided to do housekeeping and STOLE IT ( there was no housekeeping first 2 days. Please DONR BOOK THIS HOTEL. the neighbouhood is noisy you cabt sleep at night. Customer service is extremely poor. Unless you want BYDGET HOTEL this is the one

It's a very nice hotel, they are very hospitable, it's so close to the Şişli metro, metrobus and otobus, you can access nearly everywhere from here, it's also a nice view of Istanbul from the top floors, it's so clean, i enjoyed my 4 days here.i definitely recommend.
