I have never seen such a beginner branch in my life. I sent an individual cargo to Istanbul Çatalca 2 days ago. Although I wrote the address completely in the form they gave me, the female staff working there only wrote the neighborhood and the street, so I had to deal with it. I also made a complaint about that employee, I hope you will do your duty more carefully and properly.

The cargo arriving from the army to the Istanbul waterfall in 2 days has not been able to come to alibeykoy from the waterfall for 3 days, moreover, I went to get the cargo, they said on the internet with the wrong address. Although we sent it as contracted cargo, it cost 36 TL. You are a very awful company. There are items in the cargo that I need to buy very urgently, but I cannot reach my cargo, we are disgraced with our money, I will never do business with you again.
