I entered your hospital from the Emergency at around 22:00 on 24.05.2020. I came because of the severe abdominal pain I had been experiencing for 12 months. I came to your hospital once more for this reason and many analyzes were done. However, as soon as your emergency doctor told me about the subject, he told me that the problem was psychological (diagnosed). 1. TC did not bother to enter and even look at my past. 2. He made a psychological diagnosis without any examination. 3. Spoke with cocky and contemptuous attitudes. If you are going to host such amateur and cocky doctors in your hospital, we will not choose your hospital again. You lost at least 100 customers, not 1 with me. Write this aside. This evening, I left the emergency response to your dotor and left. I hope he understood what I mean. But a doctor who does not even try to make a diagnosis after using the computer in front of him, looking at the patient's history, listening to his story and conducting a diagnosis, is unlikely to understand what I am talking about.
