My father have had around 10 surgeries in the last 10 years for his back and his hip, 4 of them were in last 2 years, he did these surgeries in several hospitals and different countries (Iraq, Lebanon, Turkey, Czech republic, Germany, and India), But the last one he did was a major operation of hip joint replacement in Medicana Hospital- Bursa with Prof.Doctor Ufuk Aydinli, and it was by far the best medical experience he ever had, the hospital was the best we ever seen, the staff was very professional, medical care was outstanding, the whole experience was perfect, a modern hospital that has all the advanced medical equipment that makes the treatment of all cases very comfortable for the patients. Everything was very well studied and very well thought of even the location of the hospital surrounded by all needed facilities (hotels, restaurants, shopping mall ... etc.) Cleanliness: very clean hospital, the cleaning team always insures to provide 5 stars cleaning service, they clean the room several times a day, disinfect the whole surfaces, change towels, shampoos and soaps (just like hotel cleaning service). At the end, I would like to take the chance to thank Dr. Ufuk Aydinli and all the medical/ administrative team for the great efforts they made to make my father go through his very rough times very smoothly and in total comfort, and I would like to also thank the interpreters team who made everything easier by their constant presence to ensure that the information reaches the patient clearly. أجرى والدي حوالي 10 عمليات جراحية في السنوات العشر الماضية لظهره ووركه ، 4 منها في العامين الماضيين ، أجرى هذه العمليات الجراحية في عدة مستشفيات وبلدان مختلفة (العراق ، لبنان ، تركيا ، جمهورية التشيك ، ألمانيا ، والهند) ، ولكن آخر عملية قام بها كانت عملية جراحية كبرى لاستبدال مفصل الورك في مستشفى ميديكانا - بورصا مع البروفيسور الدكتور أوفوك أيدينلي ، وكانت إلى حد بعيد أفضل تجربة طبية خاضها على الإطلاق ، كان المستشفى أفضل ما رأيناه على الإطلاق ، طواقم العمل كانت احترافية للغاية ، كانت الرعاية الطبية رائعة ، وكانت التجربة بأكملها مثالية ، مستشفى حديث يحتوي على جميع المعدات الطبية المتطورة التي تجعل علاج جميع الحالات مريحًا جدًا للمرضى. كل شيء مدروس بدقة وعناية و حتى موقع المستشفى المحاط بجميع المرافق اللازمة (الفنادق والمطاعم ومراكز التسوق ... إلخ) النظافة: مستشفى نظيف للغاية ، يضمن فريق التنظيف دائمًا تقديم خدمة تنظيف 5 نجوم ، يقومون بتنظيف الغرفة عدة مرات في اليوم ، وتطهير الأسطح بالكامل ، وتغيير المناشف ، والشامبو والصابون (تمامًا مثل خدمة تنظيف الفندق). في النهاية ، أود أن أغتنم هذه الفرصة لأشكر الدكتور أوفوك أيدينلي وجميع الفريق الطبي والإداري على الجهود الكبيرة التي بذلوها لجعل والدي يمر بأوقاته العصيبة بسلاسة تامة وبراحة تامة ، وأود أيضًا أن أشكر فريق المترجمين الفوريين الذين جعلوا كل شيء أسهل من خلال تواجدهم المستمر لضمان وصول المعلومات إلى المريض بوضوح.

PCR / COVID 19 TEST FOR TRAVEL!!! If anyone need to have test I strongly recommend DO NOT have it in this facility, first they charge whatever they like (250 Turkish lira) each and I am not a Turkish national or resident last night, today our friends went to have it done also and they were charged 500 EACH person ( both Turkish nationals)...Anyway after being informed that will take up to 24 hours our results still not ready 4 trips to the hospital and 27 hours later.
