We entered this restaurant, asked for the menu, we chose to have some ice cream and drinks from the menu, they REFUSED to serve us, claiming that we must order food.. I said to the waiter that we are ordering from the menu. He insisted that we should go to a cafe or order full menu ! We just left. Note: the place was almost empty and there was no rush at all in the restaurant! I do not recommend this place.. they are rude!

A very good place to consider for a panoramic view of the city, but not good in terms of the dishes it serves, as many of them are on their menu but are not really present, but they have a very nice staff.

If you want to see the view of the green burs with the non-green concrete pile, I would definitely go. What a shame to this city
