Bornova Otel

Its a nice place to stay, don’t expect too much. The room was small and not pricey. Receptionist might ask you anytime whether you are leaving or not. I think people use it for different purposes. They are kind.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The service is bad, the workers are very rude. The rooms are not clean, our shower was not working, the air conditioner was also not working. We tried talking to the workers, but we got a very cold reception. Very rude. And trying to get our money back became a problem, I remember not sleeping the whole night. And the manager, very very rude, I could not believe it, really!! I wouldn not reccomend anyone

For the hotel services the prices must be lower. With the same price in this hotel you can make a reservation in a better hotel with breakfast. If you want to pay in credit card, they will charge you extra! The room does not have a closet and the shower was not isolated from the toilet seat which means everything in the bathroom will get wet. No internet connection in the rooms and no phone to call room service (which did not clean the room). Bed and sheets were not very clean and the room was dusty in the corners. The view you will have is the same view in the photo.

A Hotel very careful with hygiene rules. Business owners Alican and Süleyman are really hospitable people, as they chose their staff as they did, and I would like to thank Mrs. İpek at the reception for their interest. The lights went out all the time, this is what kind of a hotel or the fire siren started to sound at 10:30 in the evening, everyone was alarmed when there was nothing in the middle, I think it should not be preferred at all
