We loved everything about this place. The little houses and rooms were adorable and very quiet! We were able to really rest here. The beds were fantastic and we all slept in because we were all so comfortable. With our room, we could use the hamam and that was so fun, our kids really enjoyed it. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed between 4-7 March, although the weather was extremely cold, there was not the slightest heating problem. In the form of a bedroom and a living room rather than a room. Very useful. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and rooms was fine. The employees are friendly and very polite. You can choose without hesitation. If I have an Artvin plan again, I would prefer it again. Very successful.

Mrs. Şule's interest and devotion to customer satisfaction are admirable; but the hotel's shortcomings prevent the lady's effort. The hotel continues to improve, I hope it will be a place where we will give 5 stars in the future ...

I entered the hotel on 25.11.2020 for work, they gave the hopa upstairs, I entered the room, as you know, the room is cold, whatever the air conditioner worked for 2 hours. I went above and I said whatever the room is like ice again, although I could not fade in the daytime, the air conditioner does not heat the honeycomb, but it is not useful to the room, the phone is defective, I called from the outside from the pocket, but unfortunately, I went to the bottom of the Kemalpasa and I went there for 2 hours. The boxes may be out of sight there, I got the answer, I got into the shower, there is no place to put shampoo, by the way, I will share the pictures in the bathroom in powder form, people are smiling but the smiling face does not work for me.

As a healthcare staff, we had the opportunity to stay for 1 night in our busy working conditions during the pandemic period, they made us feel at home with their cleanliness, the attention of the staff, the gentle face and the politeness and the location.
