Old fashioned Karadeniz hospitality. Nice beds, clean rooms, excellent housekeeping and wonderful polite staff who were eager to make our stay a pleasure. Any problem we had was resolved immediately.

Room was musty and wet feeling. Air conditioner stopped working at night. Food was bad. Elevator was slow. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
