We had a terrible experience trying to stay at Kristal Butik Hotel. We had booked a suite with two bedrooms for 4 people ahead of time on Hotels.com, but when we arrived at the hotel, the owner only had a cramped, smelly room with 3 beds available for us. To make matters worse, he started arguing with us that the room was "good" and we would have to wait another hour if we wanted the room we had booked (even though it was already after 8 pm). He had required us to pay in full before even seeing the room and refused to give us a refund. We were compelled to leave the hotel and find another place to stay despite it being after dark. The man at the front desk had no shame about his complete lack of hospitality and customer service. I was appalled, as it was honestly the worst hospitality experience I've ever had in Turkey, where most business owners are extremely accommodating and warm.

Breakfast was advertised, but not provided. We were directed to buy our own breakfast in town. The property is in a good location, clean and convenient.

Mr. Ali was very interested, very clean and clean pension, I definitely recommend it.

Do not be fooled by the streets ... pillows are like carcasses ... there are baths in places. There is not even 1 water in the mini fridge. We couldn't sleep rumbling all night. 3 wives have made both a bath and a toilet on the floor, it is impossible to take a shower. They put unfinished napkins or something. In such a period, there is not even a disinfectant. They do not tell the prices seen on the internet, they do not exaggerate it, our rooms are full, try to get out immediately, it is a silly place

No maintenance has been done in the attic apartment dirt. Sheets and pillows were awful. We had a reservation before, but it was very bad. The bathroom and toilet were together, and the place was dirty. The photos on the internet are totally scam, nobody go please. In this pandemic period, a business should not be this dirty. We took the detergents and cleaned the room ourselves. Never recommend, do not be fooled. It was a truly awful experience for us.
