I visited this hotel last month i give 1 star because the management is almost 0, iam sure that the manager doesn't have experience at all or have pansiyon experience. Nothing personal but iam not recommending this place to anybody. And my advice for the hotel owner to make this hotel hostel.

we reserved this hotel 1 months earlier directly from hotel and paied the reservation amount and we checked our reservation 3 days before checkin because of corona virous but when we get there in check in date they laughed us and said that , yesterdau we closed the hotel yesterday because we did not had costumer..... they did not inform us !!!!!!!! they are so Impolite and rude

I forgot to add that also in the elevators too many people without a mask used them. This hotel will have very soon a Corona Party.

Very expensive rate. Room was average with no view. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned when we checked in. No comment for their breakfast and dinner buffet. (Didn’t impress and also didn’t disappoint). The 3 stars are for the thermal facilities.
