We rented 2 bikes for a bike tour (300 km) for 4 days and payed 50 lira a day! The owner was very nice and offered us tyre fixing material which we'd only had to pay if we used it! Also he offered us to pay us the deposit back in EUR or combination of EUR/Lira (at a good rate) if we didn't want to end up with too much Lira at the end of our trip! Also they offered to store some of our luggage in their storage! The owner spoke very good English and German and was very helpful for tips around Istanbul! Definitely the first stop to visit if you need bikes!

He is very angry person and he don't care about the costumers , he doesn't know that the costumer is always wright and he have to be kind and talk calm ,he talked so much in a bad way and in the end he told me I don't want to sell, I don't recommend this shop at all ... very Bad person I hope he dont sell anything again , I wish that I can give him no stars ...

Can’t recommend these guy high enough took my bike in for a service after ride from UK they detected a problem with the hub which was non standard and work tirelessly to eventually find a spare part and get it fixed at a reasonable price

After I heard that he was a good cyclist, I came here with two flat wheels from Üsküdar. He felt sincere as soon as I entered, his style was great, but he asked for 55 TL for a tire, and even though I already have patched inner tubes, he said to me, "These do not patch, there is no repair in this environment, they change. so I decided it didn't fit my budget and thanked it and left. Then, when I wanted to find out if the rear wheel was flat or lowered, I asked him to get air. “I am busy for such things, lad” - and I was shocked when I encountered such a style after his initial polite tone. He closed the door on me. I understand you may have a job, you may not want to deal with it, or you can charge a fee for it, these are very normal behaviors, but you cannot change your style with a sullen face and close the door on me because I cannot do it because it does not fit my budget. Maybe you can be a good cyclist, but once your style is mediocre, you are zero. See you on the days when you can really and fondly do this job. I do not recommend this place to anyone for now.

If I do not want to ask the Yurt Bicycle on the left, 20 TL front and rear simple LED light is 40 for me !! They would sell for TL. (which they also provided free maintenance for my bike there) I communicated that I was in the dark, that I had no light, and that I was looking for a manageable solution. I guess that was my fault when the product I asked didn't have a price tag. I cannot accept such trades. There must be an equity in gain. Those lights can be purchased 10tlye for aliexpres. Come on, you are a shop and it is right for you to add 10 TL, but if you want 4 floors ... For this reason, unfortunately, I do not recommend you and I will transfer this experience to my cyclist friends. (Remember one unhappy customer misses 10 potential customers) I sell and act as I want, the era is over. Now the customer is the boss. Businesses that do not learn this cannot stay in the future, even if they do, they will only close the day. Please consider putting the skullcap in front of you as soon as possible. Make sure that with the right service, reasonable earning rates, you will earn more and receive more prayers. These are the most basic principles of trade. I hope you will consider my comment.
