Needed a new tyre on a hire car. Was panicking on how to go about it in Istanbul (I’m UK based). These guys were fantastic, thank God I found them, I was very lucky as we were en route to a different place and found Durmaz Otomotiv on the way. Their service and hospitality were fantastic, these guys are true gentleman and I thank them so very much for sorting everything out. 10/10.

They were very interested. I had shown my car to another location before they could not find the fault. Here they found the fault immediately and the problem was fixed. The environment is very good, very clean. They have a spacious customer waiting seating. In the price they say everything clearly.
