PTT is a scam! They charged me $45 USD to ship a 3kg package to Shanghai via air Kargo on 11/26. 11 days later, package status shows that the package is sitting in one of their processing centers! I've reached out to them on their official site, but no one responded. Don't take my word for it, Google PTT package tracking, and see all the complaints and unanswered messages on the message board, left by angry customers

The place is dirty and very old. The staff does not speak a word of English and they are rude. not helpful, and trying to pump the money of foreigner. Terrible, terrible.... Try the PTT of Istiklal Street at least some people are speaking very basic English there.
