The hotel was beautiful in terms of appearance, the attitude of the hotel staff was good and they responded to requests quickly. My main reason for choosing this hotel was its great location which had great access to all parts of the city.
I just hope they have a little variety in breakfast!

Worst hotel I stayed at. I canceled my reservation and they refused to refund me. I wish I could go back in time to stop me from booking at this hotel. I wish I could give zero stars. Please guys do not stay here. It has the worst service and it’s not clean. Cleanliness during coved is priority and this place did not satisfy me to the least. It’s bad service and bad staff gave it a zero to me when I fist saw it. Nobody stay here. It’s my money and my right but they refused. They pushed me to stay or I would not get my money, seriously 😡😡. Worst thing ever i just couldn’t stay and they didn’t wanna give me my money. dont stay here, it would make me so happy. I can’t stress all this enough.
Hotel was okay but the receptionist have to be polite with the customer also breakfast was not served in the same building which is very strange
Location is very good steps away from Taksim. Reasonably priced. Can be noisy but that’s the price you pay for being so close to Taksim.
