They are a very no-nonsense, professional, helpful knowledgeable vets. I reccomend to anyone who wants a animal doctor and not pet therapist. They do speak english, appointments are reccomended.

I found a street cat with an infected eye and brought her in for treatment. The vet gave her the necessary treatment and then told me she would need eye drops for a week. Because I wasn't sure that I'd be able to catch her everyday I elected to board her at this location, so the vet could put in the daily eye drops himself. I was told that I could come visit the cat daily, so I did. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of her kennel, and that all the other animals were receiving excellent levels of care. All of the veterinarians and vet techs I met that week were as nice as could be, and this place has an excellent vibe. If I lived in Istanbul and had a companion animal of my own, I wouldn't think of going anyplace else.
