Their attitude is very bad. I took my Derindere rental car in the morning. The process would take until the next day. According to the contract, a spare vehicle must be given for transactions that take 24 hours. They said I would finish it before 24 hours, although it was very busy inside so that no money could come out. Are they deceiving children or keeping minutes? They will say, take 5, take your car before 24 hours are up, what a ridiculous process. Since I returned without a car, I gave a total of 230 lira for the taxi four times. Result = delivered in 25 hours.
