Friendly staff, easy fast check in, spacious apartment, location just 2 min walk of public beach , small supermarket 24 / 7 50 m away Not expensive Most people in Arsuz speak Turkish and Arabic But they have also in the reception one young lady who is fluent in English I like this place

As a result of a misfortune, I had to stay. Unfortunately I was fooled by the comments. The hotel is taking filth. The employees are indifferent and they are just Money hunters. Do not stay, lie on the street, I think it is better for Arsuz than there. You are struck again under the name of breakfast, we paid for the drinks we had for breakfast. Such a mediocre business, unfortunately ... They leave everything unsolved with lies. During our time, we were just stressed, so go and stay at cheaper and more luxurious elite hotels. There is only the logic of how we get your money. News from the service. They say it is far from the sea but we walked a lot, there is no other service. they serve breakfast on the plate. You're starving again.

I stayed 3 nights at Ela hotel. I chose to come here based on the comments. It was admirable for his hygiene, the care and precision of the staff responsible for cleaning. Especially in the covid-19 period, such meticulous work relieved me. It was very suitable for the price compared to other arsuz hotels. The rooms were exactly as described. Very good location, proximity to the sea. I already walked everywhere in a cheeky little place. Also, I can not pass without saying that the attention of the friend at the reception was great. Breakfast variety and breakfast service was very friendly friends. Thank you Ela Luxury Hotel. :)
