On the barracks street. The owner is a retired officer. The owner and staff are very friendly and courteous. Their teas are constantly fresh. Okey Batak vs Burdur is the only address for watching league matches. You don't even see people playing games while watching a match with two floors upstairs. You don't hear the match noise while playing games. There is toasted pancake. I recommend mixed toast. If you wish, the owner of the business returns from outside, etc.
