Bitlis is in the worst urbanization and the dirtiest city I have ever seen. Until now, I have traveled from Ardahan to Trabzon from Edirne to Şırnak. Its beautiful, historical texture is unique but neglected. It is used as an office and was not allowed inside. Such a historical place, especially when there is no tourist attraction in Bitliste, should be opened to the public and due care should be taken.
