My arrival was good, I was shown to a nice room and the night staff was helpful and friendly.nMy room had air-conditioning, no view (to a inner courtyard, the toilet kept leaking (very little amount, so I never bothered complaining, it wouldn't have been fixed quickly anyway), nice shower, confortable bed, fridge, no coffee or tea facilities, no minibar price menu, no toiletries other then the soap for both shower an alarm sink.nBreakfast is included, from the 2md floor with a great view. Some flies make you company. Breakfast is very poor, with only 2 hot options of very oily fried pastries, 2.cheeses,some salads, cold boiled eggs and some jams and bread rolls.nUpon paying for the 2nd night, i was shown the amount om the PDQ machine converted to British Pounds, with a convertion fee. I insisted that I did not want that, and the older man at the reception kept insisting that it was in Turkish liras, up to a point where he was raising his voice.nI went to my room and brought him the receipt from the previous night, where he could then realise his mistake.nHe did not apologise, and told me to go back after 2hs, so some other guy could fix it. But that was would not ve satisfactory, as even if he refunded the payment , I would be still charged the fee.nHence I'm leaving my review with disappointment to their lack of professionalism.

Superb place w outstanding hospitality. The Hotel manager was truly wonderful to deal with. She and the owner were very helpful and accommodated all our requests. The music was traditional and beautiful.nnVery highly recommended.
