Although there are hard times; Our products arrived in a timely and complete manner. They are friendly and have a serious company understanding. We also received our promised gift. We are very satisfied with the furniture we bought as 3 different groups. We didn't need after sales support yet, but I have no doubt that they will do their best when it does. Oh, calm down. Don't even go through its door. It was a very bad experience. Since the lady who introduced herself as the store manager and gave the promise of a coffee table during the sales process, the promise given was not kept and we could not buy our coffee table. Now, what the store manager and store owner said is that we are not the promise, that friend gave and does not bind us !!! Even the headquarters did not help at all. Do not believe any words made by the sales personnel. Until they sell the goods and get the money, all their cuteness is always disappointing ... we can't give a coffee table at least, they said let's forgive a coffee table with two sides. It has been 1 month.

We have experienced the same comment 1 week ago. In February 2020, we bought the bedroom set, a coffee table was promised, but they did not write to the contract. We did not cause a problem as the corona period, we waited for months. They stalled that it will come until August. When we arrived in September, that is, 7 months later, they said that they would not give what they did not write in the contract. There were always such problems in places with dealers. Be you, never trust the word, shop from the shops directly connected to the center, not from the manisa dealer, and definitely print your contract. I will not pass by again, nor do my relatives shop here.
