I did not ask for a credit card or debit from you, why do you issue and send a card on my behalf. You closed it because I made a petition before and wanted all my accounts at Vakıfbank to be closed. Why are you sending cards out of the blue now? I called, they said you need to come to our branch because the phone has changed for cancellation. Could it be such nonsense, call in advance to ask if you want a credit card, send the card and then come to our branch, it is completely disrespectful.nVakıfbank is the worst bank that does not value its customers.
