Great experience! Staff was very polite and friendly. Everyone helps you. The food was delicious during our stay on New Year Eve. Rooms need quite refreshment but they are not so bad. The pool and the spa was very warm
Own private beach with so many sun beds no need to put towels on them. Do I excellent with plenty of variety. Standard rooms need revamping but always clean with maid service every day. The only comment I will make is this resort is a long way out from airport 2.5hrs transfer. If you enjoy walking as we do there are no walks around. Plenty if taxis outside resort entrance.
Hotel is very beautiful. All Departments are working very professional. Roms are so Clean and there are too many Pools. Specially thanks to Animation Team. Hey Made our holiday best
Despite the situation in the world due to the virus, there was absolutely no tension in the hotel. There is enough space on the beach to relax. We are resting with a child. There is a children's room for children. Our child likes the evening children's program “mini disco” with Animation team. Food for every taste. The hotel is clean and smells good. Large territory of the hotel. New impressions every day. rich evening program. unforgettable fire show. We have been to the fire show 2 times and every time like the first one. Acrobats, magicians, Russian folk dances.
It was perfect. Rooms are comfortable and big. Pools are very good,big and clean. For this time they are really carefully about social distance and desenfactions because of corona. Natural nature and perfect food .Thank you animation team .We loved this vacation.
