We are a family of foreigners, living in Izmir. We liked the Fame icecream. Today we ordered 2x2 scorps in a cone and 1x2 scorps in a glass, because ouf younger son Is not eating fast enough to eat it from a cone. They didn't want money before we ate it. That surpriced mě, because we paid everytime after order.nnBut the worse surprice came after we ate And paid.nOne scorp = 5 tl. So 6x5=30. They asked me to pay 33tl. When I asked why, they showed mě a glass. After that another girl told me, that the scorps in the glass were bigger. But they definitelly weren't. I told it them, but they still want 33 tl. By the way, they are writing about lower price when you order more scorps. Nothing about bigger scorps And higher price.nWe had the icecream eaten, So we had no possibility to show normal size of scorps.nSo we paid 3 tl extra for nothing. Hope you enjoyed IT, because it were last money from our family. I will share this experience also in the groups of foreigners in Izmir.nnIt looks like Fame takes us just as a stupid yabancı. Sorry, not all yabancı are stupid and can't count. And some of them were visiting your shop more times. Do you really think that it Is reasonable to lost a family of customers because of 3 tl for nothing...?nnGood icecream. Terrible behavior.

I have no words to say taste, but I told the order I wanted for 5 minutes, but the result is a frustration, an employee who torments chocolates to place the products in those narrow boxes ... If you return, you will be more active and die market dynamics.

The flavor is not bad, but their mentality is interesting. I asked the working woman to mix one of the two wholesale as black mulberry and lemon. He has not. What an unnecessary normality. Then, he is offering me black mulberry with the tip of a tiny spoon. Of course I didn't. It was an unnecessary dialogue. I did not want the impossible. He had to do it. I wouldn't buy anything again, even if they don't care ...
