Beautiful sea, friendly staff, comfortable sunbeds with clean towels and tasty food.nWe were lucky to get in without a reservation but had to download their App in order to enter and use the services. Recommend to do it in advance as there's no WiFi.nApparently they have a strict door policy, that is followed even when the place is half empty. It is stated at entrance that excess make up and accessories are not welcome here. There's enough space between the guests, also in restaurant and lounge area. Waiters are friendly, quick and wearing masks properly. Toilets were clean, only showers are not well maintained and situated, making them useless.nDefinitely recommend to spend a day or more there. Worth the trip.

Would not recommend whatsoever. Rude ladies working at the front reception. We are tourists in the country hoping to spend our money and support local businesses arrived there only to be turned away and told to make a reservation to be able to enter. Went ahead and make a reservation for 2 days later. Drove over 2 hours to get there with a reservation only to be turned away without any explanation. They simply said do you have a reservation we showed them the reservation they replied with sorry we can’t help you we have no reason. I don’t understand how an establishment could even stay open when they operate this way. 0 stars. Would not even want to spend my dollars here, stay away.

We had a reservation & went to relax on a beach. Ended up paying a lot of money for a place not worth it all & all due to the extremely bad service we received! The lady at the entrance makes you feel very unwelcome as if you’ve entered her house.nnIt was completely unacceptable & I bet any beach nearby will not treat us in that manner.

Terrible customer service!nnMade a reservation several days before via Their Instagram page and was sent details and terms of the reservation. Travelled 3 hours to get to Before Sunset Beach club and even queued for 20 minutes outside. Was greeted by reception and once I gave my name and told them I had a reservation, the arrogant lady at the desk looked at her computer screen and then replied, sorry we can’t help you!nnShe did not offer any explanation as to why we were being turned away. We were not the only group being turned away, there was at least 10 groups of people that had been turned away despite making a reservation, without an explanation as to why?nnThis is absolutely crazy and rude and rubbish customer service! Do not book at this beach club unless you know the owner or have a connection inside.nnIf you want to feel like a worthless piece of Sh*t book at this beach club! They are up their arse!

The place seemed nice. We booked 3 days earlier, but the lady at the door was very rude to us. They gave us a sunbed at the very back of the beach with a gigant palm in front that blocked the sun. We asked for a better place, since there were a lot of places still empty, but the lady told us that it was up to the system. So, basically it doesn't matter if you arrive at the beach early and with a reservation, it depends all on the system. I'm not disposed to pay almost 800 TL (for two) for this kind of treatment. We went away.
