This is the university rectorship, but the top floor of Hakkari has been turned into a guesthouse due to the lack of housing. The price for academic staff is 35₺, for civil servants 40₺ per person. (Morning breakfast included) Far from the city center, if you do not have a car, you may have some trouble in transportation. Bedrooms are okay compared to the price. It is much better in the center than the hotel I gave 200₺. At least there is a quiet, Hakkari view.
It is a very nice school, but I broke a star because there is no tram from Kayseri to the school, but I recommend it to the school. You are a thug
