On 17 February at 9 in the morning we entered the thermal section of the facility with 4 friends and said that we would stay for a few hours. At the reception, the woman at the entrance told us that we could use the sauna, thermal pool, Turkish bath and steam room. The thermal pool was nice, but the steam room and sauna were closed. We told the man in the 40s who was working inside in a very polite way, but they turned it up at 12.00. I looked inside, it says opening at 10.30, we were not told at this entrance, I went to them again, I said again, we will go, but it will get hot at least at 10.30, he talked back again, another woman said, we are ready, okay. warming takes 40 minutes and they said if you were going to make fun of it. Also, do I have to tell the woman at the entrance, the opening hours would have gone out, as if we did not hear behind us, the facility works briefly, but the employees do not care about the billet, people with rude attitude

We went with the family. That was so fun. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the cleanliness of the spa, the aqua park were very good. The breakfast was very high quality.
