Service was very good. Food very good. Many pools. Hotel is new and fresh. Entertainment is very good Limited entertainment for kids below 4 years old. Limited territory, no way to walk around

Overall very positive. Great food, great service and due to overbooking, we got upgraded from standard room to duplex family room (well we had to stay for three nights at the Royal Dragon). The only negative to mention, but this is nothing the hotel can do against, due to bacteria most likely in the pool, I got a heavy ear infection. My doctor told me this is very common in "public pools".

Amazing place, great service, excellent facilities and really good variety of food available 24hrs a day. Has everything you need in a resort. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Main languages spoken are Turkish, German and English (in that order).

BAD!!! WHEN YOU MOST NEED THEM!! We booked 2 weeks here on 01/08/19 for 5 adults 2 children. Everything was ok apart from food was 2 ⭐️ until we had a member of staff that belittled us and purved on my young sister. We reported him to the main manger and he had not done anything about it and said that staff was joking and hes like that. On the next few days we had left our towels on 4 beds and went for lunch, my mother returned before us all and was faced with a family moved all our belongings and claimed he didn’t care and its his space now. The argument escalated and the guy swore very badly at my mum that i can not even mention on here. Again 2 area mangers came and said you have to agree between you both and that they cannot do anything about it. So we had to move and take all the swearing. The management is -10 stars.

Amazing experience. All inclusive catered for everything. Slight issue with customer service but that’s overlooked by the overall experience.
