Side Crown Palace

Lovely weekend away and this all inclusive hotel. Alpha rooms had not made our booking as it turned out when we arrived but the staff here are so helpful we got a beautiful room and a free upgrade with a terrace. All covid restrictions are in place so we felt safe but also welcome. Food was plentiful and hot which so many hotels fail on this point. Free mini bar too. Will definitely visit again soon. You can even hire a Ginger by the hour.....

One of the cleanest and nicest hotels in this area, you can definitely stay here, the food is very tasty and the rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, especially i would recommend meeting the general manager☺️

Bad food, no variety, no sauna in winter time, far away from the beach, music finishes at 10, staff is rude, calls the police if you out on your own music on your bt speaker. Never ever will i go to this hotel again... İ have never been somewhere this bad!

Hello, We came in hotel on 02.07. 2020 and we are still there. We visited many 5 star hotels, but this one is the worst. They have some restrictions for the guests, but only if you are comming abroad. As example they have a rule to wear masks during the dinner time, but if you are comming from Turkey then they will not bother you at all, you dont need mask. Lifts are usually overcrowded and nobody desinfects them. Ther offering you mask for dinner, and mask is not sterile, you can take it from the very dirty. On the beach is even worst. Everywhere is dirty, there are no enough place to lay. From time to time there is no water. Next to hotels beach there is public beach, so peoplethat are not guests are going around, taking showers, using toilets, sunbathing next to you. We are afraid of stealing and disease at the same time. Hotel is 10 minute walking from the beach, and there us no bus shuttle, so you need to walk to beach at 40 degrees. Today one old lady from Sweden couldnt feel well, and fall down walking to the beach, and we tried to help. In the evening there are two guys that are pretending to be entertainment team, but they are making fun of guests. We tried to speak with their manager mrs Selma, but she is ignorant and very rude. I dont want to write more because this hotel is fraud, and they managed to distroy our vacation, we are just hoping to go back in our country. This is not 5 star hotel. We strongly recommend everyone not to go in this hotel. Since we are comming often to Turkey, we also visited Mary Palace Hotel, Xhanthe Hotel, Gloria resort and spa hotel which are next to this hotel and they are all 5 star hotels and great places to spend your holiday.
