In this Shell, where we stopped with my friend's vehicle for shopping and need a break, I encountered a treatment I had not seen at any petrol station before. When I want to go to the toilet before shopping in the Shell market, the attendant at the cash register says 'the toilet is closed!' He said, directed to the facility. Frankly, I was very surprised and I could not match this frustration, which was directed to the mansion parking facility with a paid wc, to Shell or any other brand.nI left without shopping because of this attitude!

Water was not flowing, urinal was clogged. Thank you, the attendant there gave water with the bottle and I washed my hand with it. Interesting.
