Arrived yesterday 17/09/19.... Was appriensive as had seen a few poor reviews.. we arrived at 4am in the morning after a few hours sleep had a lovely breakfast and then sunbathed for a few hours plenty of sunbeds ..food is varied and plentiful all staff are friendly and approachable.... Beds are so comfy and wow that shower... So far so good .. don't be put off by the negative reviews some people expect 5* for 2* money

Old smelly rooms very basic old fashioned rooms and furniture. Beach 15 min drive via hourly shuttles. Small very crowded shuttles from the beach. First come first served. You must be good at pushing your way into the bus. Terrible!! They could not care less. Very basic food and drinks not served after midnight. Any drink alcoholic or non alcoholic. Not even coffee teas or hot chocolates. They run the slide according to their own schedule and what suits them. Pool closes at 7pm slide opens 9 to 12 pm then 2 to 5. Beside Turkish some staff speak German. Otherwise no english no russian etc... Just one fugly hotel!

it might be 1 star hotel not more, money for spa money for who take your bags to your room money for reception , money for towels which are dirty , not clean round the swimming pool and a lot of small ants , the same food every day, services people faces like they are angry with you and try to get money from you with any service they make to you, intimation team are good but the children show is the same every night , and what is strange that the hotel manager is not friendly and talk to you like he is talking to a slave , i will not go back there again and ill tell my friends about this hotel , ill give 1 star rate while i wish that i can post without rating

Hotel was not the best. Rooms are really outdated and not very clean. Cleaners did a poor job! Wifi was horrible. Air conditioning barely worked. Cleaners and Staff were bitter and unfriendly despite having given them numerous tips. The upstairs swimming pool was very deep and the one downstairs was very shallow (no gradual deepening within both pools). There is a bathroom by the downstairs pool, however, that area and the lobby smell as if something is rotting there. Would not recommend it! The only good thing was the drinks and the food were amazing. If you leave the hotel the surrounding shops are great.
