Good place overall. There were some minor issues, such as some rooms having a door in between the neighbouring room or shower leaking, the bed was hard for me too (depends on personal preference). But the reception was always helpful and friendly. They fixed the issues as much as possible and helped for a pleasant stay. The location is great, easy to reach places. I would recommend despite the issues as they don't affect the holiday that much.nnAlthough the hotel management should take the issues seriously and do some maintenance and care for the hotel, in my opinion.

3 star Hotel actually. Customer service is good. Food is good but same every day. Good animation team. The hotel beach is awful - stony, small. Try a different beach.

Would be way better after a good(complete) renovation and a revolution at kitchen with new staff,quality food,better beverage! Location is great,view from are fantastic.Give it a go but wait 'till they get better

Stay away cannot believe how bad this place is in every way what a kip here 2 nights and cannot stay another night have to pay 800 euro to go and stay in the esate hotel with my family avoid at all cost should be shut down

The room was ok, but fridge didn't work properly and there was an issue with the toilet (water was flowing all the time).nBed was comfortable.nThere was enough space to put all our belongings.nRoom cleaning was strange (cleaning lady was changing towels every day, but the floor was washed only two times during ten days stay).nThe food was fantastic. Both quantity and quality.nHotel's staff was friendly and polite.nLadies Beach is in 8 minutes walk distance. Beach is amazing.nThe biggest problem was noise. Music was too loud. All the day. If you were sitting in the pool area - it was hard to hear your companion. About playlist - big part of it was making my ears suffering.. ud83eudd2e But I guess it's a question of personal taste.nSo, if you are OK with loud and primitive music and not veryndemanding to living conditions - this hotel is good for it's price.
