Hotel needs upgrade but services is excellent. Super clean room, beautiful view. Staff are out of this world. A bit noisy when cleaning staff is going around but overall good time.

Two star comfort with five star prices. Room was COLD with heat never working. Cold floors and dated rooms. It was unbearable. Felt like a prison. Add to the covid policies that was never explained to me, it really felt you were in jail. Moved across the street to Golden Orange. Half the price twice the comfort. Loving it. Thank god I cut my stay short at this “five” star hotel.

Amazing services. I went int there with my family and the hotel staff guided me so well with everything. I especially thank noora from guest relations, she told me all the places I can visit in the city and which buses I can take, she also told me some of the best restaurants. During my stay i had an issue with my room but noora listened to all my problems and helped me resolve the issue immediately. I recommend going there 10/10 and definitely ask for guest relations help as they are very cooperative.

Crowne Plaza was a treat to be honest. Staff were so nice and friendly. We went during the pandemic so our room although really clean had some dust under the bed, so I spoke to the reception about it and they rectified it really quickly with a deep clean and left us a fruit platter as an apology.nCompanies can't get it right all the time but what makes the difference is the willingness to rectify things that are wrong and friendly and hospitable staff...overall I would definitely come back here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya.nnGreat views from my room too!

Myself and i visited here for our honeymoon. Honestly, one of the best experiences the services from the start to the end was amazing. Elif Emre and Guldeniz they are wonderfull.Felt a five Star vip service as they were ready to help with anything we needed. The view from our room was astonishing. The standards and strictness for Covid made my wife and I feel safe at the hotel. The services available such as the spa and the pool were a great place to relax and sit back. Definitely recommend coming here and would love to visit again
