The problem lies not in the dirty windows, stained carpets and partly worn out furniture. After we booked it and arrived at about 8 p.m., the reception put us before the fact that there is no hot water and refused to give us a discount on the room for that. There wasn't any other hotel nearby so we had to take it. They didn't inform us in advance that there will be no hot water, even though they saw that we booked. So it was worse than any hostel, because hostels at least have hot water.

0 safety. Every room card could unlock every door, some doors had no locks. Someone I don't know barged in to my room in the middle if the night, then apologised and left. Dirty too, stains everywhere.

Friendly & helpful staff. Leaking shower sink. The breakfast room is a dungeon.
