Very big hotel theretory, there are a lot of bars, very big variety of food, workers understand Russian and English languages.

In August 2020 I went on vacation with my family to the Delphin Imperial Hotel in Lara where I had several unpleasant incidents.nOn the last day of the holiday, serving the last lunch before leaving, my wife found in the dessert the pieces of glass that she broke in her teeth, swallowing them, knowing what they were.nI called the hotel staff and they told me it was just an unpleasant incident. I was called separately by the manager who promised to solve the problem so as not to cause problems in the hotel. Later I was contacted not to make public the pictures I have, offering me a discount and a better room in next stay in the Hotel Chain Delphin. In January 2021 I contacted the hotel for an offer, telling him that I had a discount sent by Email by Manager . What would have happened if Manager had found pieces of glass in his lunch? I am attaching some pictures with the pieces of glass found in my wife's dessert and the statement of . We wish the hotel a year as good as 2020

Spent a great week at the Imperial. Everyone was really helpful. Minimal Corona limitations ( masks in the restaurant and no self service). Went to 2 a la Carte Restaurants, the Sushi was very good. A varied menu in the buffet restaurants. Probably the best food we've had in Turkey, been in 15 different hotels over the years. We had a minor complaint regarding the sunbeds at the pool which was dealt with effectively by guest relations.nnThanks to all the staff for a lovely holiday. Next year we'll be at the Delphin Be Grand, can't wait.

I have travelled extensively around the world and stayed at some beautiful 5 star hotels. The Delphin Imperial is my favourite hotel in Turkey and one of my world favourites. This hotel is amazing. The staff go the extra mile and are so friendly and attentive and nothing is a bother to them. The cleanliness is impeccable and the food is outstanding. So much food on offer you would always find something you want. The pier is a great place to lay down your weary head and soak up the sun while feeling the light breeze of the med.nI would recommend this Hotel to everyone and I'm sure i will be back for my third visit. In fact I plan to go at least once a year.
