The yellows are sitting on the mh.de, ok they are not distributing there, let's pass it, they send my cargo back without notifying a call or a message. When I called and wanted to explain the situation to the representative, they called the waterfall branch and they spoke disrespectfully in a very harsh manner and threw them away. They didn't listen. If they listened, of course it wouldn't be a problem. All I mean is, let me know from now on, I will come and get it myself. Selge branch, sorry not satisfied.

Even though I give the full address, they send my cargo back with a statement such as "the recipient is not recognized at the address.

I had no problems with delivery and delivery staff. Each post arrived very quickly. However, the employees in the branch have attitudes as if they were working for free and we cursed their family. They speak as if commanding and their faces are five feet. At least when we say it's easy, say thank you with a smiling face, a bother. The cargo service is not problematic but this issue bothered me on my last visit.
