I went to buy a pan for my mother. I came across a chatty wife like I can quickly understand what the customer is saying. The wife sold the pan without two words to me. I bought it without much detail as it was a pan over the top. By the way, I asked if it works on the induction cooker. He said of course it works. We came home, it was not working. I had to come all the way from Antalya to return to the airport. I returned it on December 3rd today, the 29th of the month they still haven't returned the money. Bernardo is now on my blacklist.
