I bought a wedding dress here, while I was in the USA. I tried the exact same wedding dress in Boston, so I was comfortable buying it here. We had very little time to make some changes to the dress, 1 week. When I arrived I saw that the dress was missing the peach-colored layer that made it special and made all its details come out. I asked the manager about it and she said we only have this version. The dress should come with this layer and then if the buyer wants, they can remove it I know this from the store that I tried it as well as the online catalog. Because I had no choice due to time I had to go along with it but of course the dress looked like a bland white cloth in all of my wedding photos. I am utterly disappointed. The worst thing is, in their own catalog the dress has the peach layer. Have the decency to let me know the peach layer is missing when I am buying it from abroad? Nope. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that they quickly modified the dress for me in a week, I can't say they did the best job with it though but I appreciate them agreeing to do this in a week. Just, let me know of the consequences, I had other options.. Overall I am the most disappointed by the missing critical peach layer, my dress looked nothing like the original one in the end.

The rehearsals in bridal gowns and evening dresses we received from Ankara pronoviast were very unsuccessful. The wedding dress was fixed in İstinye Park.
