Xfit Anatolium is really a place to stay away from. I wanted to cancel my membership immediately after half an hour, since the toilet and showers have not been water for the last few days on the day of registration and for some reason the hall management has not taken any visible precautions related to it, the dressing rooms smelled of urine like carcass and there were no treadmills in the hall. Despite having the statement of withdrawal and refund, we said we can not cancel etc. But what happened, I said I would take this money with you and I got it in 5 minutes. Indifferent staff, inefficient, outdated andna place with neglected sports equipment. Don't see the price as cheap, do not chill from the sport.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. We are talking about a business that took our money and ran away after 2 people signed up for 1 year. friend said in the comment that a refund decision was issued from the consumer arbitration committee, but there is no addressee so let's get the fee refunded?

I filed a complaint to the delegating consumer arbitration committee and eventually the decision was made.
