Abidinpaşa, Saimekadın, Balkiraz neighborhoods in Mamak and Cebeci in Çankaya, close to Dikimevi. It can be used as a fitness center during the day. Boxing, kickboxing and taekwondo training are priorities because it operates as a sports club association. I take kickboxing lessons in the boxing-kickboxing group. Training is done three days a week and national trainer Kadir Öztürk manages each training. Each workout takes about two hours with warm-up and stretching stretching exercises, shadow boxing, punch and kick techniques training, finally balance / strength training or free training on the cushion. As it is a club that trains national athletes, there are usually experienced friends in training and they are very helpful. Since it is a sports club association, it has no profit and therefore its dues are quite affordable. My score is 5, because of its price, interest and relevance in training.
