2 weeks ago I ordered a 25-person cake for my son's birthday. I have specifically stated several times that I do not want sugar paste. My wife received the cake without checking, unfortunately the result is a cake with a pile of sugar paste. We did not know whether the children could not eat, the money we gave, our trust was destroyed. I wrote a similar comment to them on a different social media page with a kind language, they deleted it too. It is a business incapable of an apology, it has no reputation for us.
The worst and burnt toast you can eat. Extremely slow service and forgotten orders to bring. I guess enough reasons not to choose this business. Lying on the phone is because the engine was ordered, but it hasn't even come out of the oven yet. It's an infamous business. Bad experience.
