I have expressed my situation, even (as far as I know) stated what is problematic, but then I have already received the answer that this is general maintenance and everything necessary will be done. They stated the wage and we thought that the wage was a bit too high and asked if it could be at a lower price and got a positive answer. I received the bike the next day and they confirmed that everything was fine. At this point, I obviously realized that nothing was done except for the two main problems of the bike (which would have been paid separately if only these were done). As a matter of fact, the front wheel began to wobble for about 1 hour, and the bicycle became almost impossible to ride. I took it again the next day and asked how the bike became such a ride after 'general maintenance' and I got the most regretful answer. The operator admitted to me that he was doing the job cursoryly and said that the reason for this was the negotiation and that it should not be negotiated, and this is the way it was. (Aside from the absurdity of the answer, I know the outcome will not change even if I haven't bargained.) Then, since only two basic problems were fixed, why was the 'general maintenance' fee charged, why wasn't I informed about the problematic parts during maintenance, and how can people be deceived under the name of general care? I asked. I also stated that bargaining is inherent in trade. I did not get an answer to these, but I got the answer 'Okay, then you should leave the bike again and we will handle the missing part', I said that I do not want to pay any extra fees anymore, if such a situation is to be said now, otherwise I will not leave the bike. Then, I got the answer, 'Let me take care of the missing part.' So I left, thinking they admitted their mistakes and at least behave virtuously. When I returned again the next day, the same person said that I had to pay again. Before I could understand how I was exposed to such a situation and without much discussion, I paid the fee and left.nnIn short, an honest and non-transparent business that deceives people with word games, says the highest price when it comes to demanding wages and does its job in the most insignificant way. I definitely do not recommend.
