Pros: it is new, its own pool is wide enough. Good water temperature or house temperature. Convenient distance for shopping.nnCons: unfortunately the importance to cleanliness sucks. There is a problem with dust collection. The curtains are stained. The walls must be wiped. The seats, the carpets are very troubled. Interior visuals etc. for the building that has spent so much money. But the cleanliness was very surprising mediocre. Kitchen utensils, especially Melamine plates, are yellowed. He's in very bad shape. A place built with so much money should pay more attention to such small things. For themselves.

Since it was an apartment in a newly built building, the furnishings were new and clean. The apartments are large and useful in the form of 2 + 1. The pool in the apartment is large enough for a crowded family to use it easily. A101 50 meters shock 100 meters. I think the beds were a little hard because it was new. One minus is that the plates in the kitchen were very poor quality and the Teflon pan was deformed so that it was not used. However, I can say that it is the cleanest and most convenient one among the apartments in the area. We couldn't find a place for it. We spent a week elsewhere.
