They called on Friday night to bring one of the rugs we gave away on Monday. We said we were out of town and they could bring it on Monday. They said we will bring it during the day on Monday, it was 11 at night. When I called the next morning, they couldn't bring it whenever we wanted. We made them wait for a week, and we would. They are very fast when they come to buy it, but when they saw that there was 1 carpet, they acted as if you were calling for this. I mean, if you take an annual leave of 1 week or so and work, you have to wait for them to be satisfied. You cannot communicate. Think before you entrust your carpets to someone who tells me not to give me a carpet again.

It was washed very well, my carpets were like new, I liked it very much.

No interest, no relevance. Customer service is very bad. Better wash it yourself at home.
