I bought a logitech brand mouse from Teknosa.com. However, it came out of order and I went to the store with everything he was in and they were very interested. When we sent it to the service, I looked into it and the mouse was replaced with a new one, but the mouse was not in the pad (it may have been dropped or taken from it during service). They said that they would inform that they would take care of this situation and give a new one. I left very satisfied. Thanks to Mustafa Bey, he helped in the slightest trouble. The store is a little small. Of course, Kilis is also small. But if the product you already like is available on teknosa.com, you can have it brought to the store and buy it by hand. It's just an excuse that it's small.
